Branch Manager – Jalandhar
Acme Visa Solutions is a leading immigration consultancy dedicated to helping individuals achieve their dreams of living and working abroad. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Jalandhar branch office.
This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual who excels in both sales and team leadership. As a Branch Manager, you will not only drive individual sales targets but also mentor, train, and manage a team of Immigration Sales Counsellors, ensuring the Jalandhar branch achieves its overall sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Individual Sales Contribution (50%):
- Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their immigration needs and provide expert advice on various visa pathways (e.g., Skilled Migration, Study Visas, Family Sponsorship, Business Visas).
- Conduct thorough eligibility assessments and explain application processes, documentation requirements, and timelines.
- Present Acme Visa Solutions’ services clearly and persuasively, converting inquiries into successful applications.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve individual sales targets.
- Stay updated on the latest immigration policies and procedures for various countries.
- Team Management & Leadership (50%):
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Immigration Sales Counsellors, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and client handling abilities.
- Set clear individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against these goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize branch revenue and profitability.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share best practices, and address challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Handle escalated client issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Jalandhar branch, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent client service.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in immigration sales/consultancy, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably managing a sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration processes and policies for key destinations (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Europe).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
